If they are introducing a sixth character to every faction, I hope Astra Militarum gets a Kasrkin with a heavy weapon. That makes sense with thaddeus being on the team. Also, it would be cool if any buffs for guardsmen apply to him, so he gets synnergy with Yarric and Creed.

I was never really a big fan of the Ultra Marines but Captain Titus was a real exception for me and I never thought he would be included in Tacticus Also, does this mean 5 characters + a machine of war is no longer the just the amount of character per faction? Thematically I have to say that Ultramarine Lieutenants are SO overdone. Props to the design team as always, he looks coherent and slick, but the challenge of making him *interesting* has proven insurmountable. Now, MECHANICALLY he's very interesting indeed! The only Final Vengeance I've really worried about facing before has been Sarquael's, but his is going to present a very different threat. His passive damage boost synergises well with the AI's tendency to spam active abilities too, as well as the fact that most are best used early on. I'll definitely want him for LREs and Survival too.

If the asmodai event is anything to go off of, no. They claimed he would be available as f2p if you finished the free bp, did all his release missions, and did well in the tournament that gave his shards he would be achievable but even if you did all that you were still like 90 shards short and had to spend money
