Saw X Ending Classic Saw Style

The Saw X Ending re-edited and recut to be shorter and in the style of Saw V and IV. Having only flashbacks in the first half like in Saw V.
As Saw always had endings of about 3 minutes before Saw 6 I thought that doing a recut shorter version could be interesting. Unlike Spiral this film's ending was already pretty classic saw because of the flashbacks and swirling editing, but it was most like the long endings found in Saw VI, and quite reminiscent of the editing and length of the Jigsaw ending.
This is an alternative fan cut of the ending that is not meant to be or act as a replacement for the original scene or source.

This video falls under fair use because of the transformation and editing from the original source, and after it was automatically blocked by youtube and Lionsgate I appealed and disputed that under fair use I should be able to use it and so they decided to allow the video to be unblocked already. Please don't have some other country's branch of Lionsgate now come and block it and make me have to appeal it again. Jigsaw since the beginning was willing to make a sacrifice in order to realize his plans. In the first movie, anything could have gone wrong and he could have ended up being killed by Gordon, Adam or even Zepp. The best Jigsaw plays things extremely close to the chest cause he understands every aspect of human behavior.

This move made her character be more loved by the fans. In the first movies we didn't get enough time to like her, and in Saw 3 she was kinda annoying with her attitude. In this movie we see a different Amanda. The one previous to her mental decline. The one that overcame her drug adiction and seemed a perfect candidate to become John's successor. Here we see more of Amanda. For example she was empathic with Gabriela because she saw herself in that girl and was very hurt when Cecilia killed her

The reason this movie worked, and was so amazing, is because they actually gave us a real villain in Cecilia. All of John’s other test subjects range from people who made bad decisions or acted selfishly, but Cecilia was different. She was actually evil. I think some people were disappointed with the twist.. but keep in mind, this was right after the events of Saw 1. I think it was smart that not everything was perfect, not everything went according to plan, and it wasn’t as big as other endings because it was one of the first true twist endings in the timeline

The twist is good, its the execution that is awful. There was absolutely no reason for the two to not watch John die instead of walking right into their trap. There was no reason not to stab Amanda since there wasnt a place for her in the trap. It was an incredibly dangerous gamble for absolutely no gain. And their actual trap was so incredibly weak and easy compared to the traps of less evil participants. You have 3 minutes to give yourself severe brain damage and then complete a series of complex fine movements or you die versus you have to kill a guy you were going to kill anyway and then keep your head in a hole for 10 minutes.

Just goes to show that you can still keep a movie series going, after all this time, I think this is one of the best, if not the best, Saw movies, it just shows that John Kramer isn't a murderer like everybody has put him over as, but a man that is trying to get justice for people his own way and it just so happens that this time, he is one that needed the justice.

John getting up from the blood boarding trap reminded me a lot of when he got up in the bathroom in the original film. Considering he planned it as a backup, just shows how far ahead he thinks. Still terrifying seeing him in one of his own traps though

The gore wasn't as bad as I remember from the 1 movie I saw as a kid, a lot of the movies are actually detectives working

Other than the first 30-45 minutes, this movie had more torture and gore than the first Saw movie. This one was pretty good compared to the rest, but the first movie was much more of a scary/horror movie than this one. I don't get why people still think the first Saw movie is just torture/gore when reality is the sequals are all worse about that. Original Saw is just a detective, mystery, horror movie that happens to contain some graphic scenes.

This is the first time John is seen to be an anti hero/ anti villain. Hero because he help save a kid from the corruption that is the scam artists, and helped him live a better life. But an anti villain because he still killes and placed others into a trap. But I like how the movie makes us side with John more.
