My new series "Long & Slim" is all about achieving those long and slim dancer-like muscles. Working on toning the muscles, while implementing stretches to get them nice and long.

I really like the combination you make of ballet, pilates and and a bit of yoga at the end!! 😄😍 I'm doing your program for almost two months and I like it sooo much! Thank you Tine for sharing this with us 💕

Pilates don't make anything muscular because it involves stretching
