Been running my AC200Max w 2 B230 batteries for 6 months 24/7. Run down to 25%-30% each night and Solar charge to full each day. I over-panel the main solar input to 920W w solar gold 3x450w panels, I also run 2 DC charging enhancers (1 to each B230). I pull between 8kw-10kw each day. Have not a single problem the entire time. Run 2 fridges, 1 big freezer, air fryer, microwave, water pot heater, Wi-Fi, cable modem, fans, TVs, home alarm system, washer, dryer. I save a ton of money on electricity. I utilize the mobile Bluetooth app all the time

Love your videos especially the variety. My comment: I have exactly the same setup as your video on the Bluetti into transfer switch with adaptor cable. My generator is Anker 767. My exception is instead of a transfer switch, I am going directly into my panel into a double 30amp breaker and interlock installed. All 240-amp circuits will be off. I have not tested this yet but am more confident of my setup after watching your video. Another note: I am not an electrician but have gathered knowledge over my 79 year lifetime. My name is Jim Wise

I finally got my unit and ordered a battery and believe it or not we had a 2nd power outage. I turned/twisted the cable between the main unit and the battery in a loop so it doesn't stick out on the side so much. I took a photo and sent it to the company and they said it's okay to twist the cable like that. They are out of stock here in Canada and in the US on the AC 200 Max. I looked up the main office in China and they are in the area that is being flooded right now hopefully their office is not underwater. I'm checking out your videos again because I have a lot to learn about this technology.

Thanks. I'm in central California and I've had one for about 9 months. I do not regret buying it, but it is not enough for me. Things I would improve would be more AC input, 2000 w PV input, and at least 10 kilowatt hour battery capacity. I've run 1200 watts for the 900-watt input and 400 w for the 500 watt DC charge enhancer and it about 1250 watts during the hours of good sunlight.

Recently learned that the adapter plug you use might not work with people who have Multi-Wire Branch Circuits in their house. In that case, the two legs end up sharing a neutral and can overload it. Might be worth mentioning, because I didn't encounter this information until I had done a lot of other research. I still need to get my breaker box checked to see if I have any MWBC. Could put a damper on my plans to use solar generator with transfer switch.

@TKCL

That's not possible, you HAVE something pulling power and need to figure it out. If keeping it plugged into your 30 amp RV plug your RV inverter is wasting power and or sending it to the battery charger and other demand items. You have things running in a camper whether you realize it or not. I lived in one full time for 3 1/2 years.

Part of my battery backup plan is to use a second Powerhouse (Oukitel P 2001) to charge my Anker 767 during blackout. The Anker will not allow an AC charge using the Oukitel, but accepts a DC charge. Anker sent me a second 767 to problem solve. Same result. However, the Anker will charge the other Anker, no problem. The Oukitel is rated at 2000W and is advertised as "Pure sine wave". The Oukitel puts out 110V AC. After much conversation back and force with Oukitel, they agreed to send me another Oukitel after they received my defective unit. I asked that they send me the replacement first, but they wanted me to take all of the risk. Anker sent me replacements twice, trusting me to send the old unit afterwards. Great customer service. Sorry for the long preamble but do you have any thoughts on this? Love everything about your channel and watch it all the time. Something new from you every day! How do you do it ?

@@TKCL The Anker Shows 60V for one second and then clicks and shows 0V input.
@TKCL
@TKCL 9 ай бұрын
Sounds like the Anker is the problem, it's either not giving the Oukitel enough time to ramp up or it's pulling more power than the Oukitel can provide and tripping it out. The Anker should have a setting where you can turn down how much power it pulls from the wall. Look on the app and see if it's adjustable, most nicer units offer this feature so you can charge from lower power devices. It might be trying to charge at a full 2400 watts for speed charging.
@jimwise6671
@jimwise6671 9 ай бұрын
@@TKCL Ok thanks, The Anker does have the ability charge at 1440 and less VIA app. It is set at 1440 W now. Another thing I just tried: I plugged the Oukitel into the grid wall socket to simulate pass thru and then tried to charge the Anker. It charged at 1440 W. Could this indicate a problem with the Oukitel's pure sine wave? Anker's PR says that The Anker must have pure sine wave input to charge.
@TKCL
@TKCL 9 ай бұрын
I suppose that is possible, but typically battery powered inverters are relatively clean. I would try lowering the wattage for the Ankers charging and try again. It may be too much of an initial surge for the Oukitel to handle.

They have a unit you can plug in that allows anothe 500W of solar power in so you could pissibly get 100% Solar utilization. I wonder if that and the 2 3000 batteries would be enough to handle your worse case load and get you through the night

Heaters will be your enemy, they pull a tremendous amount of power and its steady. I don't recommend running a heater on these types of devices. Freezer and refrigerator, this model should run all night long with charging phones, tool batteries ect. The key is in the event of an power outage, don't let your freezer and refrigerator get hot before plugging them into this. You want the compressor to cycle off and on like normal. Your going to want a model like this at a minimum of 2-3kwh of battery capacity.
