Front kick, roundhouse and (turning) back kick are my faves. That keeps it pretty simple for someone older like me with poor flexibility.

To be honest, I’m happy to be able to kick at all. Due to the shape of my hip sockets, I have developed early arthritis in my right hip. Some days are better than others. When I made this it was not a good day. I’m far from the greatest or most powerful martial artist, but if I can help people learn a concept I’m all about it.
