Compared to his Tristana his Ezreal is pretty good though. He has his int moments but you can't deny that he does his very best to carry. The play against TSM where he saw the angle to just delete Lost pretty much 1vs5 is insane. Tactical is far from a polished pro but he's still a decent player. If he somehow learns to pick his moments better he might even become great one day. I hope he can get there because watching him at least isn't boring.

Lulu’s kit is designed to peel the adc + buff their auto attacks, which works best with a champ like kog’maw, who can’t peel himself well and wants to auto attack a lot. Ezreal relies on spamming q + w in team fights so he isn’t going to be auto attacking a lot, and he has enough range + an escape with his e that lulus peel isn’t really that valuable. (Just my take, please correct me if that’s wrong)
