We appreciate any citizen of other countries to come visit and live no problem,the problem lies when you want to come and want to demand like they are used to in the states and come and want to change our culture and customs. Then that's a problem.

Great video - thank you. I would be interested in knowing about living with pets (especially dogs) in your videos. Does it affect the ability to rent/ how do the locals view dog walking/ what are the requirements for cleaning up/ are there many street dogs that might be aggressive etc
@MexicoRelocationGuide
@MexicoRelocationGuide 4 ай бұрын
Renting with pets will always be a bit harder in Mexico. But we also feel strongly that as long as you are willing to pay a higher deposit, many landlords will be more open to the idea. You should always clean up after your pets regardless of what country you live in. And yes, some street dogs can be aggressive. We recommend scoping the area on your own before taking your dog for a walk and getting an idea of what is the best area to take them for a walk.

We spent some time in Bucerias recently (20-30 min drive from downtown Puerto Vallarta). We like the beaches & cute centro area. Would like to learn more about it. I'll see if you've done a video before about this area. Thank you for all the great content Mariana, the MRG is giving us a great education in our move plans.

Certainly, "tapatíos", nor "jalisciencies" are the most friendly people in Mexico. If you want to find friendly people, you need to visit Michoacán, Veracruz, Yucatán... But, of course, tapatíos are very friendly with white American or European tourists. Actually, they tend to bow down to them, figuratively speaking. But if you're not white or from caucasian descent, do not expect a too much friendly welcoming.

Tlaque it's self is not that interesting or cute outside a few blocks from Central. In fact I feel it is quite dul. The "Art scene" is very small & limited in diversity. Location & people are great. Not one of the cutest or "best" neighborhoods in the GDL area. Visit central & move on, unless you crave a low key low activity environment. Very informative video & shows the beauty of this very small PM area.

@@MexicoRelocationGuide Well....yeh I might guess that but do they have a central location where go to pick up the package or do they deliver to specific addresses. In the Dominican Republic they don't do either process and it's a crapshoot getting delivery there.
