Hi, do you know if it's possible to bring a foreign car into Mexico if that car is more than 30 years old? I read that old cars (30 years or older) are classified as "classic car", and can be driven even when you have permanent residency. Thanks in advance.

The “good lawyers” just know how to bribe the officials. It’s really as simple as that…. It’s Mexico!! That’s how they do business here

Don't need to learn the language... If it is important, it is in English... If it is not in English, then you can ignore it since it is obviously not important... My Spanish vocabulary is quite limited... Only the truly important phrases... 1. Dos cervezas, por favor 2. ¿baño? I've spent weeks at a time in Mexico with just those two phrases... As far as food goes, I wait for someone else to order something that looks good and just point at it... I'm an old fart and don't even want to talk to people here in the US, so not talking to anyone in Mexico does not affect me in the least... The main issue I have with Mexico is that they restrict the basic human right of self-defense. One which our Founding Fathers here in the US considered so important that they explicitly protected it in our 2nd Amendment.

Hi Mariana, which city in Mexico is best to get the Regularization Visa? They was one KZbinr saying that Merida was a good place to go. What about Xalapa, Veracruz? Also, can you hook me up with an immigration facilitator?

How are the snakes and spiders? Lol Also, would a short term rental be feasible? Likely January to March.

It's really very relax there, it only get a little busy when the cruise 🛳 ship comes for a few days. It's about 55 minutes from bacalar, there have more activities to do and can return to mahahual same day. Just be careful if the tourist trap, because it's there. I been there 3 times, and make a video of there but not as good as this video. I suggest if moving there, you will need a car unless you don't plan to leave,

I am in Guadalajara now. I just finished up my temporary residency. I wish I was able to have someone take me around possible neighborhoods. I may just jump in an Uber and visit the Americana neighborhood 😊
