Exelente las tomas de vídeos. La toma de vídeo del interior de la Land Cruiser cuando está en movimiento parece un vehículo Militar blindado.

I’m sure there’s a complicated answer but here goes, why not use the more reliable Toyota 5.7L or 4.6L
@joseph3rd1693 жыл бұрын
@@flash1face1 great cheap, but less reliable than Toyota engines

Watched most of the vids, some have slightly fancier interiors but this one is just sweet inside and out.

Toyota rereleasing the older LC in Japan only. I'm glad they didn't move forward with you and your designs originally. They would have never moved like you have moved! So glad you found this path! I'm looking forward to the future. Love the E Flyer II by the way...

What year is this FZJ80? It's my understanding the GM e-rod package only gets leeway on 95 and older vehicles, yes?

@@ICON4x4Design California itself is stupid. Moved out years ago, no regrets.

That is gorgeous. Also curious about GM to Toyota wiring harness conversion. Plug and play would be worth it. My 97 is approaching an engine upgrade and the Erod may be it.

Nice, that would be a lot of fun to drive.

how exactly did you marry the GM parts to the Toyota parts? i'm interested in doing the same :) and mine is a 95 too

You may have mentioned but I missed it. What trans did you bolt up to the ls3 in this swap. I'm having an issue finding the max hp/tq the a440f can handle...

Hi Jonathan its long but plz read all, this is the best equiped landcruiser I have ever seen, I live in the middle east and here people LOVE landcruisers that half of the cars on the road are landcruisers in way that if a landcruiser did something bad or wrong you cant find them again :D I would love to own a landcruiser but I cant afford the 2008-2016 models and Im looking into buying a 2006 or 2007 V8 landcruiser with factory cruise control and the bad thing about these ones are they are all above 180k miles so they need some service to be done for sure and also I know they are bulletprood but still here people abuse these 2007 and before landcruisers alot in the craziest way you can think of so I dont feel right about paying $25k for a 180k miles abused 100 series 2006-2007 landcruiser.....my question is where can I find the headlights and did the aftermarket cruise control give any problems? so I will buy this landcruiser for like under $10k and install those. also is the LS3 engine easy and reliable to install so that I can have it done here? the reason Im asking its easy or not is because I dont trust the people working on cars here since they are really not that good specially because this might be a first time for them and also I dont know any friend doing these things.
@sweetdreams1DIAM0ND9 жыл бұрын
I searched "landcruiser headlight" on amazon and they didnt show up, any brand name on those headlights? also hahaha I know its going to be well over $15k at least where I live for that exact conversion but Im just looking for the headlights, rims and the front metal bumper.

Hi Jonathan, great video. I love following all your videos. I have been researching the FZJ series vs the FJ series land cruiser and on IH8MUD they really emphasize the head gasket is weak on the FZJ series. Do you think it really is that bad of a problem. I would like to get a 60 series or 80 series for my first car but considering the fact I live at 7000 feet and will want to go skiing every weekend and the 1FZ engine is the most powerful option available and would be the best bet for going to high elevation. I understand none of these will be speed demon's but what do you think would be best and the most memorable first car? Thanks!

Ever considered a Hino (toyota) Diesel conversion? Do you think it's reasonably doable? I was wondering about a used Hino in an 80 series. Thanks for the video, great truck!

you can buy diesel 80 series engines from Japan, but you may have trouble smogging them in CA
