As I go back and watch these, I can see that Tammy missing having her sister around the same size as her, because it gave her comfort. And now that Amy is smaller than her and is starting a family, Tammy feels that she'd being left behind and judged for it. When losing weight, more meals but smaller portions is the way to go. People at first might say that they are hungry, but it take 2-3 days to get adjusted because your body is trying to adjust to the when you eat. I've lost over 10 pounds in 2 weeks just off of eating salads and chicken, and sometimes a cheat snack (which is usually a low carb ice cream bar)
