I would have gone around it, if possible, to loosen it, then lever it one side, with ordinary tweezers, then the other, if need be. Thought the pointed tweezers weren't helpful in the last extraction, until the end.

I have respect for the people who are actually willing to go through years of studying and all that stuff just to do this work. A lot find this disgusting and would most likely get uncomfy and all but at least some people actually enjoy this and do this just to help people. Some people are afraid to touch it or do anything with it because of infectious purposes or anything that wouldn't work for example they had to cut open the spot to get them out we can't do that at home, and how are you going to be able to reach blackheads on your back?
