Chris is by far the most generous person. Though the competition does donate for these few episodes, most people usually have a stupidly big unnecessary stockpile that is really senseless while Chris has always donated from every shop he does. In a world with such a terrible rich/poor divide, I love how generous he is and how he remembers his own struggling times and wants to give back, so many don't do that.

I love that they give them a time limit because I've seen episodes where people take like 8 hours to get all their stuff and 4 more hours to scan all of it and the coupons. This makes it where the employees aren't stuck there forever

This is cool. so polite! my most successful coupon trip was in 2018. I had 50 coupons and all but one was doubled and I also had the savings card. I had a little over $500 in groceries in the cart. With the savings card and coupons I only paid $10....😁. That was FANTASTIC and shocked the cashier.

I’ve never seen a more polite person on this show. I literally just watched another episode of this… it was a woman from North Carolina … and some guy came up behind her looking for the same thing and she just took the last one off the shelf- clearing the shelf - and he’s like is that the last one? She said yep. Early bird gets the worm. Sorry. And she may have been trying to be funny but she cleared multiple shelves and her tone was just rude and very arrogant. Then you have this guy, who inr he middle of a competition was pulling more product forward for the next person, shaking everyone’s hand and saying hello, super friendly, wasn’t in anyone’s way. I mean it was day and night.

You misunderstood. Some US grocery stores offer a deal that they will double the amt of a coupon 1 day each week. He had a coupon for 50cents each the store then doubles the discount making the coupon worth $1 each. It's hard to find grocery stores that offer this deal any more maybe small town groc stores do or some other states I haven't seen it in Minnesota for a long time.
