@@nadyastyles3882 Working from home while looking after multiple young children is just not manageable in a lot of cases. You have to always keep an eye on them, but you shouldn't have them in virtual meetings, so it can be incompatible. With couponing, she's essentially her own boss, so she can tolerate disruptions. With the childcare costs they save (10k times 3 kids) she's saving them over 30k a year, probably ~40k in total with the couponing. Really? Most people would think needing to coupon everything to eat, have one partner give up a job because they can't afford nursery for the kids (and kids who go to nursery usually have a better start in school), need grandma to help with the kids having a standard toddler moment etc "unaffordable". If he was smart enough to do engineering you'd think they'd realise they could save a bunch of money with a smaller car. Having a family and kids means you can't always do that uni course or whatever. He's limited his kids early learning experiences and put a ton of pressure on his wife for something he wants, that's not really fair.

Thank you for saying it! I decided not to have kids but, as a teacher, a lot of colleagues, have them and its a hard job. No one should judge parents. And more over, she is being intelligent involving her childrens in her couponing. Those kids are never going to take for granted food or clothes and they are gonna learn about the value of things. There so much kids that take that as something that grows on the trees because their parents didn't show them how hard is to put food on the table that its unbelievable. My mom hired me at seven to be her door to door sale woman (it was a very small and quiet town, so it was safe to do it) and I go to sell her paintings every day after school. My maths notes improved a lot and I learn by first hand how much work you have to put to get a sale while earning a salary compared to what my friends get from their parents

$10,000 a kid?! That’s insane. I’m a nanny/babysitter/child care worker and watching your babies and keeping them safe and happy is my specialty!!! But for a decent price!

I think this Mum is absolutely amazing. She knows what she has to do to feed her family of five. I suspect people who are negative actually wish they had the time and patience to do it too. The country I live in doesn't really have coupons. There are specials each week however we don't get anything for free. About 20% at the most and they always limit numbers. Mum you are incredible. I knew about coupons in the United States could mean free items but I never knew that you could make money.

Couponing is hard work. But it has changed. Stores no longer take printed coupons.

Imagine going to the grocery store getting a load of food for free and actually leaving with them giving you money that would never happen in Ireland, but I think it’s great

This is so smart, she gets hundreds of free items that would usually cost people thousands of dollars all because of using her brain and actually thinking.
