If it’s canned food it really doesn’t go to waste same with soap and or laundry stuff you always need so a stockpile isn’t a bad idea especially during these times.

Yeah but you know it's sad that some supermarkets seem to hate people who shop for bulk quantities of food and almost try to impede people from doing that. Even when I worked in stores if people wanted to buy large numbers of products on sale I just began processing the transaction as that's what it's there for right, to be sold, but sometimes I would be stopped or told off for selling 100 of something or even 100 different products in one sale

@Anne Liesveld I get your point and I agree. At the same time, the coupons are sponsored by the manufacturers so the cost for the store would be covered. They wouldn't be offered otherwise. In my country, this would never happen because A) our manufacturers can't afford to give items free and B) we have store rules that only allow one coupon per purchase etc. so that people cannot use coupons like that. I think coupon kings and queens should conduct some kind of tips on how to use coupons effectively for those who need it like low/no income families, homeless shelters etc.

@Anne Liesveld Because if you donate food and things like laundry detergent, you know it will help someone get a better life. Most people in poorer neighborhoods also do a lot of drugs. So money might just get spent on drugs/alcohol. It's common sense when you take the time to think.

Something about this lady's demeanour, the tone in her voice.... Something special is shining through. She's warm, friendly, fearless, incredibly kind.... She talks to everyone with such respect and kindness. No one is beneath or above her. And she jokes around without degrading anyone/rubbing them the wrong way. And she's humble. When they print coupons they do a ton of math so they make sure that even if every coupon they print still makes them money and it’s almost free advertising and one person using 100 coupons is the same as 100 people using 1 coupon each
@amyness3452

Also, a lot of the coupons are manufacturers' discounts and not the retailers, so the supermarkets themselves don't always pay the difference, but are reimbursed by the brands they got it from.

I'm a former "extreme couponer" and belonged to many "coupon clubs/circles"..I knew of some of the moms on these shows because they we're in the same "Groups" as us "Normal Extreme couponers" AKA we would only buy 5-10 bottles of shampoo in a trip.Not 400. Most mom's I know would buy 10 Sunday newspapers and spend all afternoon during baby's nap time clipping and organizing coupons for that weeks upcoming trip. Most of the moms I knew and couponed with did so to stay home with their kids/save money etc. Unfortunately the extreme coupon show was totally staged and there was so many smoke and mirrors. The Grocery stores would pre order 400 items ahead of time. They would also "create coupons" that we're only able to be used on the show and not available to use by the general public. The couponers saw through the staged bullcrap, raised a fuss and many stores went on open record admitting it was all staged .😅 Getting 3000 dollars worth of groceries for under 100 bucks was only possible with magic. AKA "Good TV". It's unfortunate because the show extreme couponing and similar shows was the catalyst to stores completely ending double couponing and adding limits. It was fun while it lasted lol. Couponing allowed me as a then 20ish year old mom to live on my husband's small salary. Giving away a lot was also an added bonus too.♥️ I wanted to add I still coupon but I don't have as large of stash I once had. I did tho ironically coupon a bunch of diapers, disinfecting Wipes, Spray, TP in February 2020 durings Targets stock and save gift card event before the virus. I was then able give away a lot to my kids school before the lock down and to those in need. Yesterday I gave out hand sanitizer to our Amazon delivery driver.. most of my stash is now gone and into the hands of essential workers and their families.

i actually did research on this show, and that's exactly what it is a good show! When I was working at Walmart to save up for college, I would get coupons in the mail, if I couldn’t use them I would put them beside my register and use them when I found places they applied. My customers loved me, but I don’t think corporate would’ve. I ended up leaving to become a manager at another location but I still focused heavily on helping people by investing time in markdowns for consumables, before they decided to end that depot (clearance & seasonal) for consumables and make it one huge manager section. Shortly after that I ended up moving away finally able to go off to college.

There are many that are that aren't in this show. The stores put HUGE limits during the Pandemic, so that put a damper on larger hauls to help those in need. But, you work with what you have and you can still help.

She has to be my favourite one from this show. A lot of these Extreme Couponers are usually very selfish but she donated a lot to people in need. Love that!

Love how she donates it all. Well done. Not that I'd want them to limit them or anything but I don't understand why these supermarkets don't put a limit on the number of coupons people can use. Here in the UK they have limits so it's near impossible to coupon like this lady over here.
