DietCokewithlime age 4 is when I spent the most because she is way more aware and of course active. She goes to school has friends and the party she could actually enjoy. Renting the place alone was for me at least was around 400-500 range that didn’t even include the party bags I had to make the cupcakes and 2 cakes I baked. The pictures they love took which was not in the package plan, decorations because theirs was raggedy lol so I know I spent a decent amount. This year we just baked a cake that she picked out and sang HBD via houseparty all with family members. A LOT Easier on the pockets lol I don’t get how moms and families spend 30,000 on parties lol

Probably be broke or divorced by then. Mom would likely blow $100,000 or more on it.

Hiding a party behind your husband's back is insane in and of itself, but hiding one that costs THOUSANDS of dollars?????!!!!

I spent a total of 30 dollars for my son's birthday. He was still happy and excited! No need to spend your life savings

My mom threw some wild birthday parties for me, but they were all super cheap because we'd do stuff like making a pirate chest out of cardboard and painting it gold (making all the decorations was actually better because I got to be involved too and be like "I MADE THAT! :D") and the wildest parts were the wacky games and activities she'd come up with to match the themes. What made the parties wild were the experiences, not how much money was spent.

That’s an extreme amount of money to spend on a child’s birthday party. That’s how much a wedding would cost. 🤦🏽‍♀️

Okay, nobody's talking about this woman and how she is still married after not telling her husband or even asking him about the party. She clearly doesn't respect or love her husband outside of using the money for whatever she thinks her kids would like. I love my kiddos, but I'd NEVER spend over a hundred, MAYBE two hundred dollars on their birthday parties depending on what gifts we get them. What people need to learn is, NEVER EVER relate money to loving someone, or you'll be teaching your kids that you love them when you spend money like that on them. It's absolutely ridiculous and she honestly doesn't deserve the lavished life she has, she has absolutely NO respect or responsibility for it.
