As a uni student coupons are my literal life. CVS and this store I go to in Upstate NY let's me use up to 4-6 coupons and I take advantage of that since it saves me so much money. People sleep on couponing.

I'm surprised we still have paper coupons. I'm thinking more of the deals would be online? I know many times, they put restrictions on the coupons. You can't double coupon. You can only use one offer per purchase.

I don’t think these folks understand how it works in the United States, almost all coupons specify that tax is to be paid by the consumer. My strategy is to send emails out using mail merge requesting coupons on a quarterly basis using a spreadsheet that is constantly updated based on the products I buy and my friends show me. Those coupons with the holograms on them are the best ones to get lol but they still don’t cover tax. Maybe this was a location where there was no sales tax
