Israelis put numerous state offers and peace plans forward and have showed their intentions for peace with action like entirely leaving gaza in 2005 and removing every settlement numerous times. and there are plenty of Israeli organizations that aim to achieve peace between the two sides. There is no such initiative from the Palestinian side. That's all the difference you need to know about.
