In the original Mutations line, Playmates released an April O'Neill figure that transformed into a cat. The transformation heavily referenced an episode of the cartoon where she got exposed to mutagen in the presence of her pet cat.

Mikey and Donnie were an absolute NIGHTMARE to track down. I went to Target almost every day for months looking for them. I eventually gave up and got them through a 3rd party seller. Still haven't seen them in stores. They were worth it though.
