Finally! It looks like there is a space in the laundry for the water heater and HVAC system! Yeah! This has been one of my pet peeves with these home plans, from nearly all designers. That, and putting the washer/dryer either on an interior wall or an interior room. Only thing I would change is move the room divider/bar into the kitchen as an island, but I’d take it as is. This is the best one yet!! GREAT JOB!❤

Love this one. I would lower the kitchen counter where the stools are to normal counter height with stools, but that’s just personal preference. The amount of added storage is wonderful. So many times there’s not even a place to keep brooms & vacuum cleaners in the layout. It’s nice to see places that take everyday living into account! Well done!

Love the outdoors porch especially the fireplace. Great to see place to put your outdoor gear and additional fireplace in the living room. Kitchen has plenty of storage. Great seeing the laundry room having a connection to the main bathroom.👍👍👋✅💯 Great job 🎉

I absolutely really love this place. My favorite parts are the wrap around porch, the fireplace placed outside and inside, the master bath and also how the other bathroom is a walk way into the laundry room, also the floating shelves in the bathroom as well as the shower/tub combo in both the bathrooms, also the raised sink in the one bathroom, also the open shelves in the kitchen area. I also love the floors in both bathrooms. Also, the built-ins. I also love the bathrooms, I don't know what you call it, background as well as the ship laps walls in both bedrooms. I really love the layout of this whole place.

This one ticks pretty much all the boxes for me. There is enough floor space for a walker/rollator for aging in place, and other personal preferences are essentially cosmetic and easy to change. I love that outdoor fireplace, and it looks like there is enough space for a separate flue for each....but you may want to learn those specs when designing to scale. A shared flue may not be energy efficient in cold climates. The one thing that could do with fleshing out is the yard around the house. Where is the driveway or at least, the sidewalk to tell a guest which is the front door?

This is a very pretty layout, I could live in this place comfortably. I would eliminate that door that goes from the laundry room to bathroom. That way, you could add more shelving or even a coat rack in that laundry room. Love that master bedroom!

This is so nice! I MIGHT shorten the windows at the back and put the kitchen sink and counters against that wall and put the dining room table where the bar is now, just for my personal lifestyle. I love the door from the hall bath into the laundry. Really well done.

I can never find any plans on this site even in the description. So this site seems to be more pushing commission items and illustrations for design ideas vs providing actual house plans. Maybe the owner at some point will clarify that piece of information since there are many requests for the house plans that are being ignored. The description does not provide any house plans at all. This illustration is very similar to what jasper tran designs from AVN studios. In my experience, he does provide the actual construction plans too and very responsive

Like it, but put the porch doors by the DR table, so you can have comfotable chairs in the LR. And lose the table and mirror, and put in a bookcase. And THANK YOU for not putting a toliet right next to the LR!!!

Very nice BUT. I'm in Wisconsin and I didn't see any room for a furnace, or hot water heater. Also, if it had a basement, where would the steps go? Otherwise, very cozy.

Very nice cottage minus the gray walls, tile, etc., which do not coordinate well with the warm wood trim and colors in the living room. A very muted green or eggshell would have been better.
