To Be Modded! Otis Elevonic 311 High-Speed Elevators at Palace Tower in Las Vegas, NV.

Filmed on June 7, 2018: Here we are at the Caesars Palace Hotel & Casino at the Palace Tower. Once again, I was explicitly told from one of the Schindler technicians just before recording this video that these elevators are Otis Elevonic 311 systems, not 411. Anyways, here we have another destruction by modernization with the MAD BS fixtures just like at the Paris Las Vegas. :( So let's take one final ride on these beauties before they are all on the chopping block. In addition to talking to the Schindler technicians before filming, they told me that they are modernizing these. So I asked them if they can save me one intermediate call station since they are throwing the old fixtures away, and they said they are gonna try to find one. So then I filmed a final ride on these beauties like I said. Just right after I stopped the video, I met the Schindler technicians again who luckily saved a call station for me to take home upon my request!!!! :D :D :D I will do a video review on it later. But anyways, enjoy this one last final look of these beauties! :D Installed in 1998.

Also, it’s a real shame that these are getting modernized! I love Elevonic Series OTIS’s, and older OTIS’s from the 90’s. 😞☹️🙁

My KZbin account is hooked up to my mom’s email. My mom has emailed several people in the past, and with my KZbin names such as Elevating New York and NBTS elevators, people who received the emails thought they were spam, so my mom told me until she gets a new email, I have to leave my KZbin name under her name temporarily.

These seem to be Series 2 from what I can see by the fixtures. But the indicator seems to be a Series 3/4 indicator though... VERY nice elevator too, I love the cabs.

Judging by the Sticky buttons and brailles and the install date, I'd say these are technically Series 2, but Custom with the Series 3/4 indicator

the julius and the palace tower have been modded now. they might start their modernization on other towers here at ceasars palace. jim have you filmed the forum tower.

If I owned this place, I would leave these because they are LUXARY! If I had to do a mod, I would just put new stainless over the fixtures.
