I rarely ever leave reviews on anything, much less on KZbin. However, this particular video gets played anytime I need a "moment." I think most folks understand that moment all too well, even if they don't admit it. That part of you that has emotions swelling and building and you feel like you can't contain it so it has to emanate somehow, somewhere, in some way. This video (and by far the show as a whole) offers that to us. It gives us a chance to let the pressure off of what has been a roller coaster of a year. What this video does is take something that is essentially comfort food entertainment and elevates it into a fine dining experience. The type of thing you tell someone about after a vacation. "We had this incredible meal..." I hope everyone who watches this and Ted Lasso continues to make the world a better place. Remaining emotionally healthy amidst chaos is never easy. Even for a character on a show. Bless you for making this and I look forward to more from you in the LassoVerse :)

As a writer, I constantly have to remind myself that you can't have 'perfect' characters. (That's the endlessly hopeful romantic in me writ large. Well, writ-by-keyboard.) And when I first started binge-watching the series, I thought that this 'unsinkable Molly Brown' guy was going to be just that: perfectly optimistic, perfectly kind, perfectly wise. Which, in the end, he is. But the writers have managed to create a character that's not mawkish at all, not at all 'twee', not 'unbelievable'. He is the exact opposite of the current global antagonist, and as a result, is so, so refreshing. And bonus marks for having a man who can make great shortbread. Especially a non-Brit. (My late mom, originally Welsh, claimed that _my_ shortbread was better than hers. So I guess if a Canuck can excel at baking them, so can a transplanted Yank.)

But this video you made makes me how I felt after watching every episode. It had such a deeper meaning of love being used as a weapon. Caring for people is hard, and Ted did it every week. Thanks for this.

It just now dawned on me the payoff in Season 3 of Jamie getting the Colonel army man. Colonels are the highest field-ranked officer. They marshal the troops, while in battle being the central hub of information, not unlike the central person within the Total Football system. My god. They really did write a perfect show.

I like the idea of someone becoming rich for what they gave to the world not for who is family. This is so so deep. I think Im going to live by it

Sorry for the rant, but I just finished the show. I gotta say, its so rare for a show that makes a sport its main medium divert from making the story about winning the big game and instead put more weight into showcasing the idea of creating a home in a world so far from the one we've always known, the importance of creating a families in that new home, and the experiences of conflict, forgiveness, and growth with those families. And oh god the last few episodes. Often times, shows put too much into the last episode that you just get lost in things. Not this show though. They did such a wonderful job of, not only easing us into the ending, but also by making sure every character got to say their peace and complete their arc even without Ted being next to them the entire time. Also, it may not be a popular opinion, but im kind of glad they didnt try to make romance a huge deal despite a few episodes being so drenched in it. I feel like sneaking a romance for Ted with anyone would've cheapened the shows idea of love being important but that it doesn't always have to be the romantic kind. I may not agree with the final call Ted made, but in the words of Ted himself, the story was "never about him." Such a subtle way to hammer it in for audiences. I cant wait for the day the show fades a little in my mind so I can rewatch it. Thank you Jason for this masterpiece. and sorry KZbin for the unorganized rant.

My eldest son forced me to watch this. We ended up binge watching the whole season. In these days and age, I believe we need a whole lot of Ted Lasso spirit.
