Great reaction to Tom’s love song!! They did this at Christmas last year (or the yr before). They were so stoked to hear the song on the radio, they did a live stream calling all the radio stations requesting it!! Of course the radio finally figured out who wrote it and stopped playing it! But it still got a billboard #1 on the pop charts!! The old folks are Tom’s parents!! They are ADORABLE!! Be well and God bless America… from Texas!!

One of my favorite videos by Tom... and love seeing genuine love. When you think about it, how much do we see this depicted in media? Not enough if at all!! I recall, Tom was super nervous before he released this song because it was so " different" but most of the fans loved it!! Around the time it was released, Tom made a short promotional video stating he owed all of his fans an apology for lying to us. I recall being nervous thinking it was something major until he played the clip from Riot where he shouts "I will not go mainstream dog you know I hate pop!" 🤣😂 He ends up with a #1 on the pop charts!! We all forgave him!😂❤❤

Soooo glad you did this one!! I feel the same about seeing older people still in love and happy after many years.... more than 50 years makes my eyes watery. My hubby and I have been married 25, together 27... second marriage for each of us. There’s no other feeling like the love you have for your children and you think nothing can even come close. Then you have grandchildren and the love you feel for them is off the charts, hearing them say ‘I love you nanny’ makes you melt. They are perfectly imperfect together and this is where the you are perfect just the way you are came from that is why I was trying to say just basing it off of your way of life is not how we see the world you said you love seeing adorable stuff and people in love Tom and Nova love others the way they are and we are all a family and we love each other you said you are a Christian we are told to love one another we dont have to agree with one another and nobody is completely perfect but people who are fighting to survive the day need someone to boost them up and tell them they are exactly who they are supposed to to be at that moment and we would love to see and help them be better versions of themselves much love

Music was always my coping mechanism but when my husband died, all my music made me cry so I went looking for something I'd never heard and that's when I found Tom. His music pulled me out of the well of sadness I was living in and then..."Ghost" popped itself into the automatic playlist and it wrecked me. It took a few years but I love this song now and I can almost make it through without tearing up.

Don’t you hate when you hit your funny bone? 🤣😂 That’s what we used to call it. Not sure if they still do. The old people are Tom’s parents. And this song was the first song of Tom’s that hit the radio. It played on the radio in both Canada and the USA until some trolls put a stop to it. Tom’s song Superman also played on the radio in both Tennessee and Georgia for sure. Not sure about anywhere else. I was the one who called in the request for Tennessee. 🫶🏻
