Oh yes! It is exactly like numerous parents have told me. hard and rewarding. The plan often needs adjustement. But that is a part of it I guess 🙂

I know that blood volume is increased during/after birth. And my experience is that my circulation overmatched the capability of the muscle in my legs when I started training. And yes, I have a new experience to draw from when the races get tough
