Great video, Bernie, l love the post box. I know David Hockney did alot of designs for Glynde-bourne. These early morning walks are relaxing for we who watch, but not so much for you my friend.

Thank you my friend. I never knew that about David Hockney. Very interesting. You ar right about mny early morning walks. They are getting more difficult as I can't get so far as I used to without some effort, but the rewards far outweigh the inconvenience.

Great video Bernie, there is also a haha at Glyndebourne, presumably they got the idea from the neighbours! In the 1970s, my mum had a friend who was the cook at Glyndebourne and we spent a summer Sunday with them. We met the then owner, a Christie I think and he took us for a tour of the gardens and showed us the haha. We were fascinated by it, the cows couldn’t get into the garden.

Very nice video the opera house looks very nice and the fantastic church it’s possible the church grounds might have been given over to conservation some of them have been given over for wildlife we’ve been to a few like that they cut then once or twice a year they do look nice but also give the impression of being neglected but ,susie said it’s called the living churchyard project there’s information online about it

Interesting bit of Sussex history there. Bird song less obvious than in one or two of your previous videos, but then I'm reckoning this was a little past the main flush of spring. Main notable example being Blackcap at 19:48 or thereabouts. Nice walkumentary Bernie! 👍🤓👍
