Bought a brand new MSI 15" laptop with a ryzen 8845hs, 4070, 32gb of ddr5 for $880 on jawa about 2 months ago I already have a good desktop with a 12700k, 32gb of ddr5 ram, & a 3080ti, just needed something for work, & when I travel. Such a great deal. Love the thing. Got a steal on it.

Rivals everyone for the most part has been playing on lowest settings possible due to some characters having a bit better damage at higher FPS which might be an engine issue. I would prob recommend testing this game all low settings as its more practical to what the average will prob run on this game.

Runs Marvel Rivals at 110-150 fps on ddls performance mode all low settings depending on map, main thing is to update all of the drivers, I didnt at first and it was horrible. Runs e sports games perfectly!

5060's should hit well north of 100+ FPS with Ray Tracing using multi frame generation in Cyberpunk, the value of my 4070Ti Super took a hit with DLSS 4 MFG, It's still good enough for my 165Hz 1440p monitor but if I were upgrading or buying new, I'd wait for the 50 series

Yes rtx 2050 is still good. Make sure to watch out for wattage rating. Get the highest wattage you can. Or search for 3050 6gb or 4050 6gb in your budget if you can find.

Cheapest with those graphics is Nitro V15, which starts at 1000usd while Dell g15 with the same configuration will cost 1400 usd. The cheapest 4050 laptop is acer predator neo 16 with 6gbvram, at 1512 usd. Keep in mind that all of these are "On Sale" prices💀. School bought to start, and I really need a laptop that's better than my current celeron n4020 from lenovo with 4gb ram/hdd 512gb. I've been rocking it since 2023, and I'm aching to get a better laptop.

I bought a similar laptop earlier this year, when my Micro Center opened. It was Ryzen 8000 and a 4060, but I had to return it for being too loud. I mean loud in a banshee kind of way. Intolerable. I thought about buying the same specs in MSI, but I worried that the CPU model was too hot and that resulted in the loud. I switched to Intel 13700. But it looks now like it's the Acer Nitro just has shitty cooling/fan performance.

I bought a laptop from the guy from one of your recent videos. I think I got a good deal. It is due to arrive today. The questions I'm hoping you'll help answer are these. 1.) I want to make sure the laptop is safe before I use it, so should I use the security feature to wipe the ssd (i have to add an operating system and I think there is probably no hard drive). My son suggested to buy an new ssd and throw the old one away. It supposedly has a 256g so I was thinking about a 1 or 2 Tb. It's a Dell Latitude 5411 i7-10850H 2.7 GHz/32 GB ram.
