A few observations: 1. At 8:20, Montague was converted into a GWR 57xx, not a 54xx. 2. At 9:00, the trucks that knocked Toby off the rails were double bolster 1-plank wagons carrying large metal girders.

Something that many people don't understand about the identity of Toby. Spoilers after this point. Toby, the persona that we know from Half-Pariah and for the majority of this movie, is a copy of Montigue. He ISN'T Montigue in the literal sense. He is a copy that was basically imprinted after his engine was put inside of the rebuilt Tobias. That ego, without the memories and experiences, was like a refresh for the character. It was like Montigue had a new start. A new person. He became Toby, while the real mind and memories of Montigue ended up in the Pannier. So, in short, Tobias is the real owner of the tram body. Toby, a mental imprint of Montigue, had taken over the body and suppressed Tobias completely. How? I have no clue. Probably because he had died during the crash and was only resuscitated after the reset. Montigue is still Montigue. But Toby was born, like a clone, from Montigues mind and engine like a template. That's how it is lightly explained in the movie. Hope that clears things up! Seems like a lot of people are confused on that.

After 10 years of waiting, it's finally here. But was it worth the wait? Well I can safely say: IT FLIPPING WELL WAS!!!! For starters, the visuals have 10 times increased in amazement. Even the frame rate runs better and I attribute that to the computer Tines has been using which as he said is much more powerful. If this movie was released a year or two after Half Pariah on your old one then I doubt the editing wouldn't look as amazing and epic as it does here. Second, the voice actors have done a spectacular job in their respected role. You as Toby, Butterfly Coffee as Henrietta, Rhys Griffin as Thomas and Atherton, EnterprisingEngine93 as Henry, Scott Chambers as James and so on. I should also give Oliver a mention. I love his character arc in this. In the first movie, he was just some side kick for Montague, but you can't help thinking that there's more to him. Here, he it all becomes clear. I won't spoil anything, but once you get further into this you may end up going: "I knew!" I certainly did. Daisy is worthy of a mention too because my goodness she is a barrel of fun! I like her voice provided by Susan Adams and her friendship with Henrietta. It kind of strikes me as Olivia Coleman esk. If you know what I mean. Side note: I also like the face pack made her. Gives a sort of: If the model series had the budget. If there's any nitpicks I have it's a pretty minor one. I think Seward could've been used a bit more. After he gets Toby to use his hybrid engine and tells Oliver about it, they just leave him. Admittingly when I saw the trailers I thought he would be revealed to be a twist villain. But that doesn't spoil the movie in anyway. Overall: This was definitely worth the wait. My overall rating: 10/10

Dude, i also loved this movie so much. I watched the premiere and my jaw dropped when Thomas started falling apart because of Tobias phshing him against the sheds with full power. Thomas death was like the only thing i didnt expect. But other than that this movie is definitly a masterpiece

Aside from that _one_ scene, this was a really good movie, probably the best fanmade Thomas film ever made to date. Without that scene, this movie is a 10/10 masterpiece. With that scene though, it brings it down to a 6.5/10, my goodness is that one of the most horrific things this fandom has ever produced… 😓 Not *the* most horrific, but definitely in the top 5 or so…

To be honest, I want to see Tobias get his own body in the movie and all the steam engine including Thomas. I know Thomas died in a second movie, but I wanna see his spirit come back to another locomotive like a A1 Pacific or go back to his body, but they repair it
