Anyway, back to answering all your questions regarding this video: Skuntle Bingoid is a made up character for "Deltarune" (2017-2021) that is meant to appear in the third chapter of this said videgame. However it started on this copypasta as a secret boss of the fictional videogame "Scrimblo Bimblo's Scrunky Adventure" and isn't planned into being added to any videogame that's not "fanmade". His design is a broken garden gnome and was also made up for memes. He hasn't appeared in any official "Deltarune" work. I can't really put my finger into what it is meant to parody, but i'm supposing it's about making fun of those goofy bosses that end up being the hardest in the game. The "Extremely hidden CunnyOrbs" are just making fun of those extremely difficult to find collectibles that unlock another extremely difficult boss usually in JRPGs or simply RPGs (The difference is that JRPGs are from Japan). VST stands for "Visual Studio Technology" which is an audio plug-in software interface that integrates software synthesizers and effect units into digital audio workstations, basically a program used for music, and the "Doo Doo Fart Pro VST" is the sound effect that sounds when you encounter Skuntle Bingoid.
