minorities (in this case, women) shouldnt only give opportunities to the minority in question As this is bias and unfair, which is exactly what women are complaining about.. The opportunities should be open to both sexes but stress that they are looking to improve females numbers and to make it a more level playing field as otherwise nothing will change just lots of exculsive clubs
