ikr, when she said to the first woman, "i hope she's happy. are you happy, honey?" how rude and condescending! if she WASN'T happy, isn't it way more awkward to call attention to it? also, maybe she wasn't happy, but i think it's also a big sensory and emotional overload to process changes made to yourself, when you're used to seeing yourself look a certain way. you feel like "who am i?" and you wonder if this version of you is "better" or what... in short, i agree with you, the lady in the pink dress sucks xD

This EXACT thought crossed my mind a couple of seconds ago!!! And then again when one of these two were chosen and there was a black lady standing next to one of these women.............I must be honest, I think it's a lack of Ethnic hairdressing skills (as it is a COMPLETE skill of its own hey) and if you REALLY look at the show it is mainly the hairdo that changes and makes the wow difference!! They had also given a black staff member a make over that I watched!!
