I was 5 years old and with my parents when they found a guy who committed suicide. He had left his truck running in the closed garage. I never saw the body but it greatly rattled my parents which was a traumatic experience for me being just 5 years old.

Children are very literal. The color she could see of the man was his black pant leg, so she called him a black man. She was too young to understand racial categorization. Most children that young, in describing someone's skin color, would describe it literally as well. If it had really been a black man, and she'd been able to see his skin, she probably would have described it as brown (because the people we call black usually have various shades of brown skin). The police are the ones that jumped to conclusions based on their adult interpretations of the world, and probably based at least a little on their own prejudiced imaginings of who the criminal might have been. They should have asked the child, "what was black about the man? was it his skin?" to which she would have answered, "no, his clothes." These were clearly detectives who haven't spent much time around small children, and/or really can't remember being children themselves.

youre making WAY to many assumptions here. i understand what yooure saying but we dont know thats how the convo went between the girl and the cops, ALL she saw was his legs i dont think the cops jumped the gun and i dont think she was talking about his pants i think if she was able to recall all that i think she just literally meant black when they asked what color he wasjust just meant black cause thats the color she saw of him.. think about being a 3 yr old if somone was stadning by you an all you saw was their pant legs thna were asked what color was the person .. i mean as a 3 yr old its understandable she wsa just mixed up and confused an she just went thru a terrible ordeal . i dont think this was the cops fault it was just an error easily made by a 3 yr old it wasnt about the cops dislike of blacks or automaticlly assuming criminal will be black, they asked what color she said black, they assume its black criminal based on the discription, simlpe. (ignore tyoe errors lol i kno its bad )

I was a victim of a crime and many police do not have training and know how to talk to traumatized people. And dealing with traumatized children is probably even worse.

channels well then they will make lousy cops. Part of being a detective is getting good information to go by. If they alienate victims then they wont get good evidence. Qhen a person shows thru trauma how they are questioned plays a big part on their ability to recall events.

It's because she's not an extreme Leftist the way SJW Nation and the Liberal Press are. They hate women like Megyn who do not conform to what they believe she should think.That's the way these people think - the only thing that matters is that you agree with them lockstep, like the Nazis or Stalinists. If you have your own thoughts (i.e., are not brainwashed by their propaganda), you are considered an Apostate and bullied relentlessly via social media. It's modern-day McCarthyism. Poor Megyn, they, most of whom are female, destroyed her career because she basically expressed a thought about Halloween costumes that SJW Nation did not like. So much for "women supporting women," huh?

alyaa when something traumatic happens it's easy to remember (sometimes, sometimes the body does it's best to cover the trauma and you can't remember anything, but some cases you remember even the smallest details, like me.) My father died when I was barely 4 and I remember it like it was yesterday.

Organ is a very sad state!!! My sister's husband was released from prison and put on probation but absconded to New Mexico. An the sad truth is Oregon is to cheap of a state that they won't do anything to him when I have given his exact location an so basically he got a get out of prison with a free ride because he now can live around kids, or babysit them with no problems!! So what they are saying if u flee your probation u will not face any consequences!!! What!!!! What about the victim the children he is around and there rights I guess the offender who took a child innocents has more rights. Because the offenders are not held responsible!!!

SOME OF YALL ARE SO QUICK TO PULL THE RACE CARD such a joke my goodness she was 3 yrs old y'all need to stop trying to be victims already this had NOTHING to do with race what so ever no one was targeting blacks on purpose here, she only saw the guys legs he had black pants on, wehn asked what color he was she said black seeing that was the only color she saw of him, the cops wernt racially profilinf or anything like that thye just went off of what she said. they probably should have had someone who could interview children to specifically go in depth about it but they called in the mind control dude and they CORRECTED the error in finding out his skin color was not black, so they eventually did fix that error idk why some of u are making a huge deal jsut sit down stop being victims no ones out to get black ppl ok

Overkill? No sexual assault? Left the kids alive? Guess what...I haven't watched more than 4 minutes...but it was obviously an ex-boyfriend/husband/lover. DUH. Someone who's already banged the younger one...killed the mom because she's a witness, either loved or is a father to the children. Overkill = anger. Who else would be angry at a woman besides an ex-man? How is this that difficult to figure out?
@garypell3432
@garypell3432 10 ай бұрын
Nope. The guy was just a schizophrenic weirdo who had just killed his mother in Wisconsin only two days before. He just picked their place at random in Florida while he was still going south. Robert Wells was a friend of mine and my boss at a local meat department for several years. We even took karate classes together for several years. Hope was never alone. Every time I saw her, she was either with Bob or her mom and brother. She was super shy and timid. They were an incredibly sweet couple together.

I'm happy for Pamela for over coming this but Megyn Kelly is everything that's wrong with this co called women's movement today,,yep women calling out sexual abuse and harassment 10,20,30 even from 40 years ago? if it was so bad you should have said something when it happened right then not 10-40 later those cases should all be thrown out and never heard in a court room-EVER!!!

Walter I hear you, but it is all how some victims process the assault. They can suppress the incident and it can take years to trigger a memory and reveal the details of the assault where it can be many years later.
