When customers are nasty. When bosses don't care or demand more for less. When the work environment sucks. When you're stuck working more and living less. Why not become your own boss or seek a job where you're treated fairly and appreciated?! Remember, living is your real job. Your "job" is secondary and only meant to make living possible. Everyone Drunk on Entrepreneurship or be influencer. For the people wanting higher pay, what value are bringning to the table, im talking about entry level positions. Why should they pay you more ? what does your job entail that your worth all that. Furthermore, when you add up costs of insurance or other perks your getting, you already are making out. Im not hatin' I just want people to comeback down to reality, and ask yourselves what am I doing that I am worth that. Times are good now, even with a pandemic of failure proportions, but when this economy lets out that bloated air, its gonna get stinky up in here. Just make sure your given value and not "its my right"

@queenmin59022 жыл бұрын
With inflation as high as it is, everyone should be getting paid a fair wage, not because we “earned it” but because we all need to survive. It’s a human right and I won’t be told differently. If times were good, all jobs would pay a living wage with PTO, health insurance, maternity leave paid, and 401K. Most job posts, unless you’re already making 6 figures are for sales, retail, hospitality, insurance, and healthcare. Most want night time availability, weekend availability, and OT and you’re paid peanuts. American workers have had enough, but until we remove health insurance being tied to employment, I don’t see the shift being anything other than people being delivery drivers or Uber drivers. So you can work your own hours, you don’t get insurance, and you cause wear and tear on your car. Ooh sounds great!
