Just got done watching you make this, the Colorado Cajun, and a Gorda over in Odessa on Saturday on your tour. First time seeing ya live. Really enjoyed it Todd! I go with both, first I put the meat, then sauteed onion and then white onion with cilantro. I prefer Tapatio and make the crema out of sour cream, mayo, lime and a little sprinkle of chili powder.

Corns the best flour doesn't have the taste and if you heat up the corn tortillas they become very plyable and I also like the tortilla a little crunchy so I always go corn.

Acckkk! Frozen pre cooked chicken breasts have no business within a country mile of a proper street taco. And Mission tortillas, which are like Wonder Bread. I am sure they taste fine, but those are NOT street tacos. Yuck.
