The fact that Courtney had already stabbed Christian on previous occasions proves that this wasn't a one-time, spur of the moment instance of self-defense like she's claiming. She was committing ongoing abuse, and she should have been in jail long before it got to this point. The idea that "since women are smaller and weaker, they're no threat to men" is not only incorrect and ignorant, but also deadly

I love Doc, I do. But he's simping for Courtney right now. He wants her to get temp insanity and walk in six months, not knowing she doesn't know or care about anyone but herself. Me personally. Onlyfans is destroying women. It's teaching women that they will have power for about five years of their lives. Then they have to live the rest of their lives knowing that there's nudes out there on the internet that they think onlyfans has protected, but it's everywhere. My brother is a superintendent and he fired two teachers for having onlyfans accounts, and I absolutely support my brother on that. It's very important in this case, that we do not let this woman get away with this cry, specifically because she is a woman on onlyfans. If she gets away with this, we are proving that every cute white girl, and if you've ever seen her without makeup, she's far from cute. She doesn't even look like the same person, however if she gets away with this. We're proving that all it takes is a smile and being a white girl, to get away with a crime.

This time I felt your analysis was accurate and reasonable. I do not think there were many surprises in this relationship. It's my impression Courtney is no more than a spoiled brat, a grandiose narcissist; text book. A product of her upbringing and her physical appearance that allowed her to fully develop into the monster that she is. He loved living in her limelight because he could, it fed his ego to be seen with her, he viewed his magic and power for being able to real her back in. They both wanted to be the prize, which was pure delusion. He was was lazy and superficial. This is a story of two idiots who found each other and thought they were in love. Prison will be a the right place for her. I think it is where she needs to be, though I doubt it will rehabilitate her, it's simply best she's not free to roam around. I'm sure her fans are shocked. The good news is her life is now public. When she gets out, I hope she finds someone who is more her equal. Let's hope there's never a prison baby, she'd be a horrible mother. Abusive women everywhere: "he must have started it, he was provoking her, this was secretly mutual somehow." All the same rationalization that people just instinctively "know" is garbage when they hear it from abusive men. Poor little rich girl was more hot garbage than a dumpster fire. To her, the worst part of her clumsy narcissism isn't the murder, just that she has to sober up in custody. People knew Amber Heard was a terrible person, but they just HAD to try to make it johnny's fault somehow. The only reason people give courtney's version of their relationship ANY credit is that he's dead and can't refute her effort to pin it all on him. Given their size difference and the angle, he was literally on his knees when she stabbed him. She had ALL the advantages, and treated him like property. The video of her trying to manipulate the cops the apartment called because of her behavior is so obvious. She's CONSTANTLY calling attention to her chest and trying to tell them what to do. It probably usually worked for her.

It was mentioned physical abuse went both ways but abuse isn't just physical. He was refusing to pay rent, which implied that they had agreed to share the costs. And there are tweets of him that resurfaced where he constantly bullied black women and said derogatory statements about them, so it's possible he could have been the verbally abusive one in the relationship. And of course, possibility of cheating wouldn't be a surprise since he didn't work and needed to be maintained and the times they had fallen out , he most likely needed a place to stay. Who knows, that could have also been the reason of their multiple fights that got him to leave or thrown out in the first place. Self-defense is an affirmative defense. So the question is whether Courtney Clenney will likely be able to prove self defense. She has the burden--not the state. Moreover, the burden where deadly force is used in self-defense is higher than where non deadly force is used. Courtney likely needs to show she could not have retreated herself before employing deadly force against the person who had equal rights to the dwelling. I do't think "stand your ground" applies.
