11:25 TY for demo. I may be able to rig this up with the use of a closet door frame pull up bar as my anchor. Maybe.. just bc the force I generate is nothing compared to you. I wanna watch every video in chronological order and comment this for the algorithm. Im a 5'10" 75KG bowler turned armwrestler to get my left arm up to speed. I been training for a few years with no table time just doing rows, hammer twists, radial posts, loading pin, wrist flexion with bowling balls, etc on my left primarily. I bought a table finally to invite others over, but I mostly wanna train similar to you and get strong. My first tournament is the LLD fundraiser in Bend, OR on 6/11 put on by Jody Williams and others. I hope I can put on some weight though to be 176, eating is hard. Matt Mask syndrome. Cheers!

This may be a stupid question, so if I do the same exact movement each week for max effort, but use a different handle each time, but the same movement, is that considered changing the exercise or do I change the whole movement in general ?

Uncle Todd, how many sets x reps is ideal for a speed day? 6x6 with 60% of the max weight? For power days, I use 8 set of 3 reps. For volume day, typically 5x10.

We have a how much rest before competition video Speed day is Monday, competitions are weekends, so you have about a week. Everybody is different, I would do them up to maybe 2-3 days before a competition if it fell that way

have you thought about applying cluster set on your training regime? I heard it's a very good set for strength gains
