Uncle Todd!!! There is a few percentage of us arm wrestlers who train this way which is because of you. We love these videos because we relate with the pain.. long pauses… and cursing the entire time. Great vid!!!!

@@renodelossantos7089 it's a lot to explain. I'd suggest to Google Westside Barbell and learn about the conjugate method. It's what Todd does... he has a video explaining how he sets his up as well. For me.. Monday is max day, Wednesday is speed day, Friday is volume day. Other days are accessory days..isometrics etc, rotating handles each week.

26:45 You gotta love the Todzilla logic: “I failed at 120 and have one more rep in me before I gas out so therefore I’m going to go for my all time PR of 125” 😂 Edit: I believe this is part of what makes his training so effective. Most people would never be that fatigued (both mentally and physically) and still go for a higher weigh/PR. I think that’s part of the reason table time is so important because people tend to push themselves more. Toddzilla’s track record shows that what ever he is doing clearly working.

Hey Uncle Todd. Question. I started doing these exact side pressure exercises recently. Wrist wrench, strap pronation style side pressure. Just as you are. Do you purposely keep your wrist flat when doing this? Or cup a bit? Or does it even matter? I find I feel stronger cupping my hand a bit but feel that may be cheating the lift. Nice meeting you in GPrairie recently. 💪🏼
