So true ! We are fooled we have created more time on her hands because of technology. But instead of (possibly mindfully) doing the menial tasks that have been now done by tech , we spend it immersed in mindless entertainment such as our phones, social media, shopping ...

I think we have all been on the page of your subject: consistent chatter that leads into negative situations or hijack are intentions, not so good. Your KZbin suggestions are life saving, thank you Todd.

I am going through several losses in my life right now. My Sister passed away on May 18 followed by my Niece a little over a month later. Yesterday one of my Outdoor Kitties passed away peacefully sleeping in his bed on the porch with no warning or indication why. He was 14 years old. I feel so much grief and I do not know how to handle it ❤️

i have learned to be protective of my time and attention… watching only good growth and introspective learning videos especially from your channel, Todd, as you have truly and mightily walked the real walk…. don’t watch any hollyweird stuff and stay very surface level on the “news” and events of this earthly space.. being in a constant, present, meditative, prayerful communication, is my jam!! I feel this allows what is best for me, while also radiating out into the quantum entanglement we are all threads of, be better too❣️🌟❣️🌟🙌👍🏼🕊️❣️🕊️❣️

just recently watched the beautifully animated “The Little Prince” here on youtube.. it was wonderful!! there are many animation videos that are dear in their messages and so beautifully done… The Boy, The Mole and The Fox is perfectly blessing as well..

Instead of media and entertainment, I too prefer to watch learning materials. I study history and solve maths problems. My horror movie of choice, that I watched recently was to study Macbeth, a supernatural horror drama, written in 16 cent, threaded with beautiful English prose.

The human mind was designed for a quiet introspective day, just foraging quietly. The amount of mechanized distractions via iPhones, jack hammers, motorbikes, leaf blowers etc., that I encounter each seem so counter to that.

My electric unicycle is meditation. It is me and my balance and my surroundings and what I can see and hear and feel, I am in tune with my body and I am 100% present. 😂

Hi Todd, can you also indicate on your next upload on how different genres of music affects our self I wanna know more from you ❤ please

Music definitely affects our mood. Film and television composers know this very well. Even ancient tribal drums could induce spiritual experiences. I will go more into this in a blog
