Shoto Todoroki's quirk evolution allows him to use both simultaneously, he could be able to achieve near abosulte zero or absolute hot temperatures. He could generate not only ice and fire but also concentrated cold and heat energy. For mobility, his fighting style can be inspired by firebending and icebending from Avatar. He could actually fly using his cold side by drawing inspiration from a Cyrogenic rocket engine. He could use his cold side to fire ice beams, freeze rays, ice grenades, ice projectiles, ice weapons, ice claws, freeze breath, etc. If he could produce such results, Endeavor might have been right since the beginning, Todoroki possesses the power could surpass or rival All Might. The only issue would be that he would still remain a glass cannon and overcoming his own psychologically issues.

his weakness is close range and creativity with his quirk, if i was him id be creative with the quirk. i would make ice spears and fire spears, i would also try making close combat moves with both quirks i would do alot

@@Kidoroki I want your opinion, is this too crazy or what: Todoroki can create lightning blasts. Let me explain with the utilisation of Google, "Lightning is an electric current. Within a thundercloud way up in the sky, many small bits of ice (frozen raindrops) bump into each other as they move around in the air. All of those collisions create an electric charge. After a while, the whole cloud fills up with electrical charges.". With this information we can hypothesis that todoroki should be able to create lightning blasts or charged of energy to either help himself, classmates or create more moves. Here is one move: creating a frost puddle, melting it to have water, then shooting the lightning on it so that anyone the water is touching gets zapped. I do understand that the aors density does play another role in the creation of lightning but it is still scienciey enough to work within the mha universe

@@bradleylloyd1660 that sounds crazy but it reminds me a lot of avatar. How fire benders can shoot out lightning. And your explanation definitely makes it seem possible. I think it definitely could be possible maybe through a quirk evolution. Endeavor has trained for years and from what we know it doesn't seem like he has had a quirk evolution yet. So if todoroki fully masters his quirk like Endeavor with a quirk evolution on top of that, I could definitely see lightning being introduced into his arsenal.

@@Kidoroki also you know Yuo Kodai, her quirk is 'Size' here's a quote from the wiki: "Yui's Quirk grants her the ability to alter the size of nonliving objects that she has interacted with.". With a potential quirk evolution or just as it is now Yui has the chance of being able to make for example the amount of kinetic energy being produced by her arm larger thus making her have super strength or making the effects of gravity stronger on someone she has touched making them fall or the opposite making them fly or making the amount of heat bigger or the amount of heat that is not present bigger to create heat or cold attacks or shock making the amount of shock she receives smaller as opposed to making the amount of shock larger on a target. I feel like she could be really op aha but then again the quirk description does say "objects" so yeah.
