Definitely, your conversations with Kate are the best ones on the Internet. Every your talk is like a window into your privacy, into your souls. You are so natural and not pretending anything. One has a feeling as if to sit with close friends. Personally, I have a smaller problem to catch everything in Kate's speech. I don't want to turn on subtitles unless I'll have listened to it three times. I sleep from seven to eight hours a day. If I haven't watched Englisch lesson at nights, I would sleep one or two hours longer. Thank both of you for your enormous effort!

Jack and Kate Thank you for posting this natural conversation, it is very usefull to practice english understandig. For me is very easy understanding written english but much harder when it is spoken. when I was younger, I am 53 now, I used to need more hours of night sleep. Right now I am ok with 7 ours a day,. During the week I get up at seven o'clock, and on the week end I wake up by myself at 8 in the morning, which was impossible in my younger years. Something that is different for me than for you is that heavy blankets are really uncomfortable for me, I need a blanket that are light weight but warm at the time.

Okay, First at all, I really enjoy this conversations, i learned a lot of things, new words, phrases and improve my listening skills. I usually slept between 8 to 9 hours, eight hours it's my favorite time to stay sleeping, but when I go to school I slept alone 6 or 7 hours so so. Greetings from Argentina! ❤🎉

Hi Kate and Jack. These are Barbara and Ed. Barbara is my student and we watched your video together. We really enjoyed this discussion and were talking along the video. About your question, Barbara says: "I usually have 8 hours a night and yes, It's been enough for me." Thank you for this nice video. See you next time!

I feel like people learn best when they actually have to use listening practice and learning basic phrases about topics like sleep is a great way to increase vocabulary!

There is a research that sleeping between 21 and 00 hours, one hour of sleep counts as two hours of sleep. After 5 am the every hour of sleep is less efficient, for example, an hour of sleep from 5 to 6 am gives you just 50%, between 6 to 7 am - 30%, between 7 to 8 am - 15% ect. I am not talking about people who have to work at night, no. I am talking about people who have regular jobs and start at 7-9 am in the morning. If you want to feel better in the morning it's better go to to bed earlier and wake up earlier too. I stick to this and try to go to bed at 9 - 9.30 pm and wake up at 6.30 am.

Remembering your dreams trains your short-term memory, which is the best way to make your brain remember your daily routine easily, especially if you find it difficult to remember what and where you have recently put, such as keys, phone, clothes, etc. PS: if you really want to improve your short-term memory the study says that lying in bed before falling asleep, you need to remember your entire day in detail.
