Tog Chöd is a practice dedicated to the persons who have hard time to sit for meditation. We go through 3 levels of meditation : mindfulness, transformation, purification. By going deeper toward our inner nature, we get more confidence. We learn to decide through the 4 powers (regret, resolve, support, antidote). This way we learn the link and how to change our karmas. We learn to change ourselves in the path of space and freedom which is Buddhism. Tog Chöd is brought in the West (where i leave and teach it) by Tulku Lobsang (Nangten Menlang International).

@@YogasBouddhistesByVal i know tulku Lobsang we all know him anyway it’s good actually what you are doing, what ever can make people happy is for me good 👍
