"exhale, rest in awareness," that is good words. The presenter seems to have trouble with his shoulders, might once frozen I guess. Circling the shoulders back and forward will benefit, and shrug ging shoulder up and down also bebefit

Very dangerous to be putting this out in the public. Without proper empowerments and teaching a person can damage themselves. We were taught to not even say the words Tummo or Tsa-lung to the unempowered. I notice there isn’t any explanation about the breathing or inner tightening of muscles. Please don’t just sit down and try it without proper teaching from a qualified Lama. You will cause yourself great harm. Maybe for many lifetimes.

There are much more dangerous practices then this in kundalini kriya yoga thats available at book shops

No one should have a monopoly on escaping this miserable world. We should all find joy that the hidden teachings are becoming free to suffering people~

I think it is important to learn these things properly and practice for proper results. If the goal is to get somewhere in yoga or anything in life, we should learn it properly, do course correction whenever there are any mistakes. That is why we go to a teacher who knows the stuff. Some of the replies are trivializing this idea of proper learning and practice. Sad… When people need the urge to be on videos and democratize a system of knowledge, I think they should give it with a disclaimer as well. All this great knowledge from Tibetan monks and Indian mantra system is available at the click of a button. It will do no good to the learners unless they are sincere and someone takes a test and passes them. That is the role of a true master.🙏
