For the next iceberg video, I hope he mentions the originally planned ending to the Yorknew arc for the 1999 anime. For those who don’t know, originally, the Yorknew arc was planned to have a completely different ending in the 1999 version, where Kurapika and Chrollo both kill each other at the same time. There’s an entire page about it on Humterpedia, but other than that, no one ever seems to talk about it.

Totally unrelated question, but this is something I always wondered. It’s a bit early to tell, but do you guys think if Kurapika had Mizaistom in Yorknew he would’ve dealt with the troupe right then and there? I feared that the Zodiacs wouldn’t live up to the expectations, but Mizaistom has really impressed me in the few chapters he’s been in. Extremely intelligent, and possibly possessing a troublesome nen ability as well, like Kurapika.

I think that... it could be possible that Kurapika would have got all the troupe killed. Specially with Mizaistorm's help. I mean, the future predicting nen ability (i don't remember the name rn) said that if the spider didn't leave YorkNew they were gonna lose 6 legs (6 members), so if u had that extra help form the zodiac i do see the full troup getting murdered.

At this point I'm just amazed that you can construct videos and topics about HxH. It's impressive, and yet we're all here because we all crave any hunter content. I am so enthralled with Togashi's world building. Relatively consise, yet dense storytelling prowess.. and ability to take differing ideologies, worldviews and well I like a lot of his approach to how he handles HxH. I feel like there's so much to think about when it comes to Hunter x Hunter. I know many channels come up when he's writing and publishing then go dark after a hiatus. Had a bit of an interesting idea for a video. Netero vs the Phantom Troupe. Who do you think would win? It would heavily depend on the abilities Chrollo has. I think, the Phantom Troupe would have an all-or-nothing strategy if they even want to win. They would have to bet it all on a single attack from all the combat members in a single instant and hope that Netero can't deal with all of them. Like, Franklin shooting from afar, Uvogin, Hisoka, Feitan, Machi rushing at Netero from different sides, Bonolenov's Jupiter from above, Shalnark shooting his antennae, while Chrollo teleports a long-winded Phinks behind Netero. Feitan also has Rising Sun just in case. Could be an interesting matchup.

@@17tgtgy It might be possible, with enough restrictions and power. The blades from Kurapika's judgement chain don't seem to disappear until they either kill the person or get exorcised. I doubt he intended to seal Chrollo's nen for only part of his life. There's also a card on Greed Island that turns into a stone that literally makes the holder nen-pregnant out of thin air. Which, knowing that Razor's nen powers everything on the island, means that it's basically what OP was talking about. There's an edge theory out there that Ging used that stone to make Gon, since the timing with the creation of Greed Island fits and we still don't know about any mother. Although, really, this means that Razor would also be his father, kinda.

Passing some ideas though my head but I was thinking of a nen ability that would at first conjure a battery, with this battery you could deplete your own nen into it and charge it, and once it was fully charged you could use it later to recharge your own nen in an instant or give your self more nen (though that could easily be dangerous). Or anyone that grabs it can use the nen in it to boost them. One thing that would make it less useful but add to the power is the nen in it could only be used to charge conjuration nen abilitys so it wouldn't work for enhancers. Though to get around this just create a battery for each different type and maybe make them each a different color to represent them
