Nice twist on the "traditional" Furikake with fish sauce and garlic instead of Katsuoboshi... Dividing it into sticky and drizzling components sounds interesting, not only for fries, but also for all kinds of ribs and fried chicken... 😀🤤👍🏻

When you say 6 tablespoons, is that 6 tablespoons each of the dry ingredients? So 6 tablespoons of garlic granules, 6 tablespoons of black sesame seeds, 6 tablespoons of white sesame seeds, etc?
