Hello..I am new to using Blast2Go. Found your video very useful to start working on it. I have obtained the functional classification. Now how do I know the list of accessions represented under each category? It just shows how many are represented. Any suggestion would be of great help.

Hi, Blast analysis gives erors in BLAST2GO6.1. Problem downloading (M990S7GV013)in XML2 format. It say check the job messages for results from RIDs that could not be dowloaded. Can you help me with this problem?
