Token Ninja PF30 Bottom Bracket Fitting Guide

Did I get it right: if I take off the adapter cap from the threaded housing housing, I can change just the bearings without special tools and I don't have to by a complete new bottom bracket? Will it work with all Token PF30 BB and do you know which bearing size is needed exactly? I'm asking because my gf's Canyon Grizl comes with a Token Nina lite BB4124PS. In the meantime the bearings are running a bit rough and I would like to replace them in spring. Thx a lot for answering and even more for your great bike content! Helped me allready a lot in the past. Keep it on! 👍

Why wouldn't you press the adapter in first then install the bottom bracket

I’ve a Shimano RD 5800 GS rear derailleur with a 11-32 cassette, could I push this to a 11-34 cassette without any issues

Unlikely you need a derailleur hanger extension like a wolf tool
