They are not really similar music though, My Roar have a faint sadness in it, kind of like a cry of rage targetted at betrayals. Doom's soundtrack just feels like it is targetted at the emotions of Doomguy himself, raging but in control.

@@reishin6 …debatable. Hololive has some scary talent. Suisei… maybe Risu or Moona? It’s a hard call.
@TunesByAI20242 жыл бұрын
Top singers are really hard to rank, but if you take control, range, power into account, the top singers would be suisei, moona, risu. Towa has great control and can put a lot of power in her songs, but her range is limited. Moona has insane power and can control it perfectly, probably the most powerful singer in Hololive. There's a reason why no one is covering Ai Chiisana Uta in hololive, the power and control needed is ridiculous. Even Suisei admitted she might not reach Moona's upper range combined with the power behind it. Kanata was the only one who tried, and though Kanata is well known for her powerful voice, she just doesnt have the control needed to do sustained power notes. Risu probably has the best control and range among everyone. Her ability to change keys from high to low and head voice to chest voice, without cracking her control, even when singing live, is just insane. Suisei is just on a different level from everyone else. Though she may not be able to do Moona's sustained power notes, her voice is one of the most powerful in hololive, and she has enough control to do it. She may not be able to change keys on the dime like Risu, but she has one of the widest range, able to sing low and high notes.
@zeroyuki922 жыл бұрын
@@TunesByAI2024 Probably sums up my opinion as well. However, there's one factor that makes Suisei is unbeatable: not only she's very talented and works very hard, but she also has multiple years of focus and training as a professional singer by now. Suisei at this moment is astronomically better than let's say... 2019 Suisei. Moona on the other hand only relatively recently focusing on singing (and the result is very clear, she's the fastest at evolving as singer right now), while Risu is not even trained as a vocalist and has been in a situation where she could sing much until just recently (which thankfully has been improving, as indicated by the lyrics of her og song). Would be interesting to see those two when they are on their full potential (as well as some other holomembers who has immerse potential like Towa, Anya, Kronii, etc)

During a stream a few weeks prior to this comment, a viewer asked about Jerod's stick tips and a conversation started about how some instrument store owner convinced said viewer that nylon tips have a habit of cracking and/or shattering (which Jerod refuted). This eventually lead to a comment from Jerod about how, even though the electronic drum set is generally loud enough to balance with the song, he's actually a very light-handed drummer; he tried to give an example that was barely even picked up on the mic. I do not think that was the case here.
