人間椅子のもう一つのテーマである「恐怖と正義」の歌こそ、この「恐怖の大王」なんですよね。宇宙と戦争をバックにしたPVは、この歌のテーマに沿っていないかと思いがちですが、実は「この世を正す恐怖の大王」という意味ではむしろ合っており、鈴木さんとノブさんのパワフルベース&ドラムが、ハードかつハートにせまる恐怖の大王を思い起こさせ、まさしく人間椅子じゃなきゃ出来ない世界を演出しています。 やっぱり、日本が誇る世界進出レベルの本格化ハードロックは、人間椅子以外にいないと思いますね。
