This was actually a really nice video. It's not a particularly focused video with a specific purpose, moreso just wandering around the urban landscape at night, but even if it isn't the most conventionally interesting video, I think it's simply nice to have a video that's rather calm and settling: the peacefulness of this vlog is great.

It might have felt kind of aimless, but this one was perhaps one of the few that gave me an immediate "oo, I wanna do that" kind of feeling. Cycling in Tokyo feels kind of sketchy usually, but going around at night seems like a much calmer experience.

This seems like a vibe. The music + vlog inspired from just feeling the vibes of being alone riding through that would be magical. I would definitely consider this a vlog because of how it made me think and feel a lot more. Although this could definitely be just my personal association with this kind of environment

For me this is the best type of video. I just love seeing random places in a city. Thank you for filming this but you don't need to skip sleep for us, even exploring during the day is interesting. 7:58 this one really feels like those "Tokyo in [insert decade there]" videos Also in general there were so many shots where I was like "this is just like in that anime" for obvious reasons (there were a lot of places which reminded me of Durarara and Odd Taxi) Oh also I too feel the same about when the "next day" starts.

What I liked was that you chose a video idea that not many partake in; therefore it’s better that just cycling around Akihabara, Ueno & Kappabashi during the daily rush 😅 Plus Japan has a very different vibe during the early hours - like when I was leaving Osaka about half 5 one morning last year; to walk from my hotel to the station was nice and peaceful; it was so quiet that tbh my mate & I just walked across the timed crossings (the ones where you can’t cross even when dead quiet during day time) - now whilst someone could say we were just gaijin being disrespectful or ignoring the rules - fair; at one of the ones we just crossed… an older Japanese lady did the same thing in the opposite direction- so as far as we were concerned it was perfectly fine 😅

The vast majority of my Tokyo exploration is done at night, usually cycling. There's something so peaceful about the crazy busy streets suddenly turning totally dead when it turns midnight. Also, 5 AM is roughly when the first trains start back up and so that's why the streets get much busier as people head to work :)

Day 36 of asking Mudan to complete every single prefecture in Japan and Day 19 of telling Mudan to improve his reading speed and study for the JLPT exam. All chill at 5am... my city gets quiet at night but still tons of cars around. The weird thing is that after the events of 2020, everyone's day starts at 9am or 10am for a lot of stores, weird.

You're right about the stabilization. I like the color of the Sony better, however, I feel like it's much easier to fix the color in post than it is to get the stabilization right. It helps that the GoPro adds more light (I assume it is the ISO) which lets you add different color grading in post and get the feel you want easier.

The on-board stabilisation for the Go Pro 10 is mad good. Just have to be careful in low light condition especially at 60 FPS as it causes a lot of smearing/ghosting. My main complaint about the GoPro 10 is the overheating issue. To film for longer than an 10-20mins when I go flying I mount a USB fan to blow air at it. That way I can film not stop.😂
