Tokyo Disneyland Hotel, Ikspiari (Downtown Disney), and Mira Costa Hotel!

On our first day in Tokyo, we walked around "Downtown Disney", which is called Ikspiari in Japan. We ate there and went to the Disney Store before checking out the Tokyo Disneyland Hotel and Disney Sea's Mira Costa Hotel! Which hotel would you rather stay in?

The Celebration Hotel is worth staying at .It has Artwork by Joey Chou who did a lot of the new artwork at " It's a Small World "ride when it opened this year at Tokyo Disneyland. They also have a restaurant , a convenient store & a Disney Store .It's not that far from the Parks . The Decor is gorgeous and colourful. Buses go straight from the Parks to the hotel. :) Worth checking out.. They have two places to stay - Wish Hotel which is Minnie and Princess themed and Discovery Hotel which is more Mickey themed. :)

Tokyo Disneyland is like Magic Kingdom and Disney Sea is a completely different kind of park - like how Epcot and Animal Kingdom are differently themed than a traditional "Disneyland" park.

In the parks it was not that bad! Many cast members speak some English. Even if they don't they do as much as they can to help you. It wasn't an issue at all!

Hilton Tokyo Bay - it was super close! It is on the monorail line and you can walk to the monorail in 5 min.

I honestly didn't do a lot of planning beforehand. I looked up some "must do's" lists for the parks and then just used Hotels.com to find a good/cheap hotel.
