Eey!! It's Monday, and it's another culinary adventure. The food, place, and chef are great. I love the chef's background story and how the restaurant came to be. I'm very interested to taste ALL OF THEM. From the Uni to the duck broth all look delish 😋😋 No cool jacket this episode, but a gorgeous dress this time. A nice change of pace especially given how hot the weather is 🫠🫠 P.S: THE CAT IS SO CUTE!! 😻😻😺😺😸😸😽😽

so I looked up Ueda beef and Shinya Ueda is an award winning rancher of Tajima Gyu, holy smokes that is REALLY rare treat stuff indeed. The guy is quite skilled at taking the entire process to extreme quality levels.

A cat on a leash? One of the last times I was in Ginza, it was a Sunday with the pedestrian paradise, I saw two meerkats on leashes. I was surprised.

what looks great about that is that very little (none?) of it looks like a5 which imo in general is too fatty except in very small quantities, and especially when every course is beef.
