Very inspiring. Felt like this was aimed at me directly almost. I've been struggling with my image for many years because I never was allowed the way I wanted to dress because of the fear of being rejected. But for him he started wearing the clothes he wanted and he made friends with the same interests as him. Maybe I'll give this more of a try, thanks for the lovely interview

I can't stop thinking that we should see the same expression of individuality in all ages of people. It seems the world weights heavy. I hope all these young people who you featured continue to be inspired and don't stop into their 30's, 40's, 50's, 60's and beyond. I love this series.

Seems like he already is in his 30s if the first time he went to Harajuku (when he was already a student) was when Kamikaze Girls was popular. It came out in 2004.

Their style is so fun! It's not surprising they studied composing because the pieces are in such smart composition. Great interview!

This is the epitome of my existence, the way they dress is literally how I want to dress every day but I had to stop do to having to mature up and focus on school, and working

People watching is so much fun. I watch the outfits that flamboyant people with learning disabilities wear around my local town and realise that on a hip Japanese person those bizarre outfits would look AMAZING. I really should photograph them and start an Insta account. There are loads of these odd ducks in the town I live in. I love it! I'd never come up with half the outfits they wear and I wear some very outre ensembles myself. Great video, cheers for creating and uploading it.
